Termination, Tax Allocations and Section 467 Loans. In connection with any termination of this Agreement with respect to any Site for any reason, Allocated Rent for such Site shall cease to accrue and the Section 467 Loan balance (including all accrued interest thereon) for such Site shall be deemed to be repaid for all purposes.
