Termination under Benefit Plans. If Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with the terms of the Company's long term disability plan in effect from time to time, any unpaid portion of Executive's Base Compensation will be due Executive pursuant to this Agreement only for periods prior to such termination, and any payment pursuant to the Incentive Plan may be made solely in the discretion of the Compensation Committee and otherwise in accordance with the terms of such plan.
