Termination Under Mutual Agreement. Under mutual agreement, SCDHHS and the Contractor may terminate this Contract for any reason if it is in the best interest of SCDHHS and the Contractor. Both parties will sign a notice of termination which shall include, the date of termination, conditions of termination, and extent to which performance of work under this Contract is terminated.
