Termination Unless required by Applicable. Regulations, either party may terminate this Agreement (and the relationship between us) by giving ten (10) days written notice of termination to the other. We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to observe or perform any provision of this Agreement or in the event of your insolvency. Upon terminating this Agreement: (i) all amounts payable by you to us will become immediately due and payable including (but without limitation): a) all outstanding fees, charges and commissions; b) any dealing expenses incurred by terminating this Agreement; and c) any losses and expenses realized in closing out any Transactions or settling or concluding outstanding obligations incurred by us on your behalf. (ii) AAAFx shall apply best execution rules in cases where you have not provided AAAFx with specific instructions regarding the closing of your positions. (iii) AAAFx shall return any funds remaining in your trading account to your bank account, specifically the account from which the funds were debited.
