Termination Upon Change of Control of a Party. In the event that a Change of Control of a Party hereto shall occur, then the other Party or Parties may, upon six (6) months prior written notice given to such Party, terminate this Agreement, unless the Change of Control of such Party shall have been effected upon prior notification and with the written understanding of the other Party.
