Termination Upon Death or Permanent and Total Disability. The -------------------------------------------------------- Employment Period shall be terminated by the death of the Executive. The Employment Period may be terminated by the Company if the Executive shall be rendered incapable of performing his duties to the Company by reason of any medically determined physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or that can be expected to last for a period of six or more consecutive months from the first date of the disability ("Disability"). If the Employment Period is terminated by reason of Disability of the Executive, the Company shall give 30-days' advance written notice to that effect to the Executive.
