Common use of Termination upon Disability Clause in Contracts

Termination upon Disability. If this Agreement is terminated by either party as a result of the Executive’s disability, as determined under Section 6.2, the Employer will pay the Executive the Executive’s Salary in periodic installments according to the Employer’s customary payroll practices until six months after the date such termination is effective.

Termination upon Disability. Termination upon Disability. If this Agreement is terminated by either party as a result of the Executive’s 's disability, as determined under Section 6.2SECTION 6(b), the Employer will pay the Executive his Salary through the Executive’s Salary in periodic installments according to remainder of the Employer’s customary payroll practices until six months after the date calendar month during which such termination is effective, and that part of the Executive's Incentive Compensation, if any, for the Fiscal Year during which such termination is effective, prorated through the date of termination.

If this Agreement is terminated by either party as a result of the Executive’s disability, as determined under Section 6.2, the Employer will pay the Executive the Executive’s Salary in periodic installments according to the Employer’s customary payroll practices until six three months after the date such termination is effective.
