Common use of Termination upon Disability Clause in Contracts

Termination upon Disability. If this Agreement is terminated by either party as a result of the Employee's Disability, as determined under Section 6.2, the Company will pay the Employee his Salary through the remainder of the calendar month during which such termination is effective and for the lesser of (i) six consecutive months thereafter, or (ii) the period until disability insurance benefits commence under any disability insurance coverage furnished by the Company to the Employee.

Termination upon Disability. If this Agreement is terminated by either party as a result of the Employee's Disabilitydisability, as determined under Section 6.24.2, the Company Employer will pay the Employee his Base Salary through the remainder of the calendar month during which such termination is effective and for the lesser of (i) six consecutive months thereafter, or (ii) the period until disability insurance benefits commence under any disability insurance coverage furnished by the Company to the Employeeeffective.
