Common use of Termination Upon Expiration Clause in Contracts

Termination Upon Expiration. Unless earlier terminated by Employer or Executive in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate automatically upon the expiration of the four-year term described in Section 1.1.
