Termination Upon Expiration. Except as provided in an Order or herein, either Party may disconnect Services and terminate an Order upon the expiration of the Order Term by providing at least 60 days’ notice prior to the expiration of the Order Term. To be effective, the cancelling Party must submit the cancellation request in writing to the other Party via email or the address specified herein for notice.
