Common use of Termination Upon Insolvency Clause in Contracts

Termination Upon Insolvency. Either Party may terminate this Agreement if, at any time, the other Party shall file in any court or agency pursuant to any statute or regulation of any state, country or jurisdiction, a petition in bankruptcy or insolvency or for reorganization or for an arrangement or for the appointment of a receiver or trustee of that Party or of its assets, or if such other Party proposes a written agreement of composition or extension of its debts, or if such other Party shall be served with an involuntary petition against it, filed in any insolvency proceeding, and such petition shall not be dismissed within [***] after the filing thereof, or if such other Party shall propose or be a party to any dissolution or liquidation, or if such other Party shall make an assignment for the benefit of its creditors.

Termination Upon Insolvency. Either A Party may terminate this Agreement if, at any time, (a) the other Party shall file in any court or agency pursuant to any statute or regulation of any state, country or jurisdiction, a petition in bankruptcy or insolvency or for reorganization or for an arrangement or for the appointment of a receiver or trustee of that Party or of its assets, or if (b) such other Party proposes a written agreement of composition or extension of its debts, or if (c) such other Party shall be served with an involuntary petition against it, filed in any insolvency proceeding, and such petition shall not be dismissed within [***] after the filing thereof, or if (d) such other Party shall propose or be a party to any dissolution or liquidation, or if (e) such other Party shall make an assignment for the benefit of its creditors.

Termination Upon Insolvency. Either Each Party may shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement if, at any time, the other Party shall file (a) files in any court or agency pursuant to any statute or regulation of any state, country or jurisdiction, a petition in bankruptcy or insolvency or for reorganization or for an arrangement or for the appointment of a receiver or trustee of that such other Party or of its assets, or if such other Party (b) proposes a written agreement of composition or extension of its debts, or if such other Party shall be (c) is served with an involuntary petition against it, filed in any insolvency proceeding, and such petition shall proceeding that is not be dismissed within [***] after the filing thereof, (c) proposes or if such other Party shall propose or be is a party to any dissolution or liquidation, or if such other Party shall make (d) makes an assignment for the benefit of its creditors.

Termination Upon Insolvency. Either Party party may terminate this Agreement by immediate written notice if, at any time, the other Party party shall file in any court or agency pursuant to any statute or regulation of any state, country or jurisdiction, a petition in bankruptcy or insolvency or for reorganization or for an arrangement or for the appointment of a receiver or trustee of that Party party or of its assets, or of if such the other Party party proposes a written agreement of composition or extension of its debts, or if such the other Party party shall be served with an involuntary petition against it, filed in any insolvency proceeding, and such petition shall not be dismissed within [***[ ] after the filing thereof, or if such the other Party party shall propose or be a party to any dissolution or liquidation, or of if such the other Party party shall make an assignment for the benefit of its creditors.
