Common use of Termination Upon Non-Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Termination Upon Non-Eligibility. If, at any time and for any reason, any of Client’s Product(s) become ineligible for UL Contracting Party’s Service, UL Contracting Party shall immediately discontinue service on such ineligible Product(s) and shall terminate Client’s rights and authorities under the Service Agreement with respect to such Product(s), pursuant to a termination notice.
