Common use of Termination Upon Permanent Disability Clause in Contracts

Termination Upon Permanent Disability. Executive’s employment under this Agreement may be immediately terminated by the Company upon written notice to Executive of a termination for the Permanent Disability of Executive and without further obligation by the Company, except for (i) payment of all amounts of base salary compensation and expense reimbursement accrued and unpaid to the effective date of termination (ii) a Pro Rated Bonus and (iii) as otherwise required by law.
