Termination Upon Purchase by the Master Servicer or Liquidation of All Mortgage Loans. Subject to Section 10.02 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Depositor and the Servicer created hereby shall terminate upon the earlier of (a) the last action required to be taken by the Securities Administrator on the Final Distribution Date pursuant to Article X of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement or (b) the final payment or other liquidation (or any advance with respect thereto) of the last BANA Mortgage Loan remaining in the Trust Estate or the disposition of all related REO Property.
