Subject to Section 9.03, the respective obligations and responsibilities of the Depositor, the Master Servicer, the Securities Administrator and the Trustee created hereby (other than the obligations of the Master Servicer to the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.05 and of the Master Servicer to provide for and the Securities Administrator to make payments to the related Certificateholders as hereafter set forth) shall terminate as to the Trust Fund, upon the earlier of:
