Termination Warning Sample Clauses
A Termination Warning clause requires that one party provide advance notice to the other before ending an agreement or contract. Typically, this clause specifies the amount of notice required—such as 30 days—and the method by which the warning must be delivered, like written communication. Its core function is to ensure both parties have adequate time to prepare for the end of the contractual relationship, thereby reducing the risk of sudden disruption or unfair surprise.
Termination Warning. Similar to probation in that it is time-limited and provides an explanation of the breach of the SPA, as well as a required steps for improvement. The Termination Warning is one last opportunity for CHN to provide warning and counsel to a student in an attempt to avoid dismissal from the Program. The student is informed that this is their final warning.
