Termination With Cause by the Company or Termination Upon Resignation by Executive. If Executive’s employment terminates as a result of a Termination With Cause or a Termination Upon Resignation, Executive shall be entitled only to payment of Executive’s then-current salary through the date of termination (payable in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices), and any amounts payable for unreimbursed business expenses incurred prior to the date of termination.
