Termination With Cause, or By Executive without Good Reason or by Notice of Non-Renewal. If Executive’s employment hereunder is terminated by the Company with Cause pursuant to Section 6(d) hereof or by Executive without Good Reason pursuant to Section 6(f) hereof or non-renewal of this Agreement by Executive pursuant to Section 2 hereof, then except for a lump sum payment in cash equal to the Accrued Obligation, which payment shall be paid within 30 days after the Termination Date, and the Executive Benefits, Executive shall not be entitled to receive severance or any other compensation or benefits after the Termination Date.
