Termination with respect to a Sub-Field. Cephalon may terminate this Agreement as to a particular Sub-Field in its entirety upon [***] written notice to Angioblast referencing this Section 13.2(b) and specifying the Sub-Field for which this Agreement is terminated. In the event of such termination the provisions of Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 of Exhibit 13 shall apply.
