Termination Without Cause; for Good Reason; Nonrenewal by the Company. The Company may terminate Executive’s employment without Cause and Executive may terminate his employment for Good Reason (notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, “Good Reason” shall not exist unless the provisions of Section 5(f) are complied with), in each case upon thirty 30 days written notice, and the Executive’s employment may be terminated upon a Notice of Nonrenewal by the Company.
