Termination Without Cause. for Good Reason. or Company's Failure to Extend. (A) In the event that the Company terminates the Employee's employment without Cause or the Employee terminates his employment for Good Reason (but excluding Termination of Employment by reason of the Employee's death or Disability), or the Company fails to extend in accordance with Section 2, the Company shall pay to the Employee the following:
