Termination Without Cause or Good Reason Termination. If Executive incurs a Termination Without Cause or Separates from Service due to Good Reason within either two (2) years following the date of a Change in Control or six (6) months before the date of a Change in Control (“Change in Control Termination”), Executive shall be entitled to Change in Control Severance, as described below (“Change in Control Severance”).
