Termination Without Cause or Voluntary Resignation. The Company, by written notice to Employee, shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and the Employee’s employment with the Company at any time without Cause, for any reason or for no reason, subject to Section 4.4 hereof. The Employee, by fifteen (15) days’ written notice to the Company, shall have the right to terminate the Employee’s employment for any reason or for no reason.

The Employee, by fifteen (15) days’ written notice to Company agrees that the Company, shall have Employee has the right to terminate the Employee’s employment for resign voluntarily at any reason or for no reasontime and that such resignation shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
