Termination without Cause outside of Change in Control Period. If, outside of the Change in Control Period, the Company (or any parent, subsidiary or successor of the Company) terminates Executive’s employment without Cause, then, subject to Section 4 below, Executive will receive the following severance benefits from the Company:
