Termination Without Cause; Resignation for Good Reason; Non-Renewal by the Company. (a) The Company may terminate Executive’s employment at any time without Cause (as defined in Section 4) upon not less than sixty (60) days’ prior written notice to Executive. In addition, Executive may initiate a termination of employment by resigning under this Section 2.1 for Good Reason (as defined in Section 4). Executive shall give the Company not less than sixty (60) days’ prior written notice of such resignation. In addition, the Company may initiate a termination of employment by sending a notice of non-renewal of this Agreement to Executive, as described in Section 1.1.
