Termination Without Good Reason by Executive. During the Term, Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment under this Agreement by giving the Company written notice no less than sixty (60) calendar days in advance of the effective date of such termination. Any such voluntary termination by Executive shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement. If Executive voluntarily terminates his employment pursuant to the provisions of this Section 4.3, Executive shall thereafter be entitled to no further compensation or benefits under this Agreement or otherwise, except as provided in Sections 5.1 and 5.5 hereof.
