TERMINATION’S EFFECTS. 11.5.1. Termination shall not affect accrued rights and remedies nor the continuance in force of any provision hereof which expressly or by implication shall be intended to survive termination unless those accrued rights derived from an illegal act and/or from a breach of a clause of this Agreement.
