TERMS, ACCEPTANCE AND INTERPRETATION. 1.1 These terms and conditions (Terms) set out the agreement between you and Samsung (the Agreement) in relation to your purchase and use of Samsung Care+ (the Program). 1.2 You acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms. Your use of the Program, upon the Start Date, constitutes unconditional acceptance to be bound by these Terms as may be amended from time to time. 1.3 Words and phrases which appear in bold are defined in the context which they appear or in the definition clause 13 below. 1.4 A reference to “you” and “your” means the customer who seeks to enroll or has enrolled for the Program.
