Terms and Conditions Applicable to All Club Accounts. a. The persons named on the Membership Application and Signature Card duly authorized to make the certifications contained therein certify that at a regularly held meeting the person(s) named were elected or appointed officers of said organization, and that by virtue of the authority vested in them by the constitution, bylaws, or otherwise, any one (1) of the signatories, as named on the Signature Card, is authorized and empowered to transact business of any character whatsoever in connection with the account. You certify that the signature(s) appearing on the Signature Card are the genuine signature(s) of said authorized person(s), and that their authority shall continue in force until we receive written notice to the contrary. You agree to provide any documentation we request that validate the authority of the signer(s), and to execute any documentation as we may require at our sole discretion. b. Any two authorized persons may pledge any or all of the funds on deposit in the account as collateral security to any loan(s) subject to our then-current loan policies. Further, a pledge of savings by any one of you shall be binding on all authorized signers, as well as the organization.
