TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HARDWARE. Hardware. The Hardware referenced in Section 10.1 of the Agreement’s General Terms shall consist of all of the following, including the software preloaded thereon (“Software”): One (1) model M700 device, unit number SN 60300000101 One (1) model DV700 device, unit number SN TBD One (1) model KPLAYER-M500 device, unit number SN 293F3C Two (2) KSERVER 1500 devices, unit numbers SN 10D577 and SN TBD Loan of Hardware. Licensee hereby loans to Licensor, and Licensor hereby borrows from Licensee, the Hardware; and Licensor is hereby granted the use of the Hardware and a license to use the Software upon the terms set forth below. Licensor shall not sell, rent, loan or give the Hardware to any unaffiliated third party, but for the purposes of this Schedule H, the term Licensor includes Licensor’s affiliate Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. and its subsidiaries.
