TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF UNITS. These Terms and Conditions are part of a Subscription Agreement for the purchase of Units of Common Stock and Warrants from GeoVax Labs, Inc. (the “Company”). Capitalized terms which are not defined in this Annex 1 shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Subscription Agreement.
