TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SHARE GRANTS. (a) Time, Amount and Form of Awards. Awards under this Section 8 may be granted in the form of a Share Grant. A Share Grant may be awarded in combination with NSOs, and such an Award may provide that the Share Grant will be forfeited in the event that the related NSOs are exercised.
