Terms and Conditions of Application. The parties hereto expressly agree that the Application sets forth the overall goals, standards and general operational policies of CHARTER SCHOOL, and that the Application is not a complete statement of each detail of CHARTER SCHOOL’s operation. To the extent CHARTER SCHOOL desires to implement specific policies, procedures, or other specific terms of operation that supplement or otherwise differ from those set forth in the Application, CHARTER SCHOOL shall be permitted to implement such policies, procedures, and specific terms of operation, provided that such policies, procedures, and specific terms of operation are consistent with the goals, standards and general operational policies set forth in the Application, this Agreement, and the Act, and provided that such policies, procedures, and specific terms of operation (a) are not otherwise prohibited or circumscribed by applicable law or this Agreement, or (b) are not materially different from those set forth in this Agreement and the Application. To the extent there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Application, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
