Common use of Terms and Conditions of Application Clause in Contracts

Terms and Conditions of Application. The parties hereto expressly agree that the Application sets forth the overall goals, standards and general operational policies of the Charter School, and that the Application is not a complete statement of each detail of the Charter School’s operation. To the extent that the Charter School desires to implement specific policies, procedures or other specific terms of operation that supplement or otherwise differ from those set forth in the Application, the Charter School shall be permitted to implement such policies, procedures, and specific terms of operation, provided that such policies, procedures and terms of operation are consistent with the goals, standards and general operational policies set forth in the Application, this Agreement, and the Charter Schools Law. Notwithstanding, to the extent that the Application or any Exhibit attached to the body of this Agreement contradicts the terms and provisions set forth in the body of this Agreement (and specifically, paragraphs 2 through 28 of this Agreement), the terms and provisions set forth in the body of this Agreement shall control.
