Common use of Terms and Conditions of Check Deposits Clause in Contracts

Terms and Conditions of Check Deposits. The following terms and conditions shall apply to check deposit accounts: I. Special Terms and Conditions of Check Deposits (2021.12 Version) I. The Principal is required to comply with "Rules Governing Checking Account" stipulated by the authority when using checks. II. If the Principal has visual impairment, besides having the agent present a notarized letter of authorization when applying for a checking account, the Principal may handle the notarization required for account opening in accordance with the Notary Act. If the authorized seal belongs to the Principal, the Principal will be responsible for the provisions on the check when the authorized seal is affixed. Hence, the Principal shall verify that the contents of the check are correct before issuing the check, and observe the risks of seal safekeeping and use, as well as the terms and conditions of this agreement.
