Terms and Conditions of Infrastructure Assistance. 1. Infrastructure Grants shall be subject to all laws and regulations governing the use of Grant funds provided by the Government of the United States to the extent these apply to this Agreement. Grant funds may not be used for any purpose other than for which they are offered.
