TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT Clause Samples

The 'Terms and Conditions of this Rental Agreement' clause defines the rules, obligations, and rights that govern the relationship between the landlord and tenant throughout the rental period. It typically outlines key aspects such as payment schedules, maintenance responsibilities, use restrictions, and procedures for resolving disputes. By clearly establishing these expectations, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and provides a framework for addressing issues that may arise during the tenancy.
