Amendment of Terms and Conditions 39.1 We may, by notice in writing, supplement, vary and/or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time and such supplement, variation and/or modification shall take effect from the date specified by us in the notice (which shall be binding upon receipt or deemed receipt by you). Additional Donor Terms and Conditions The Donor Terms (if any) are incorporated in this Agreement by reference and are fully binding on Contractor and Mercy Corps. Agreement Terms and Conditions 2.01 This Agreement is for a space in the JCU housing system, and covers the entire academic year (both Fall and Spring semesters), or any portion of the academic year remaining at the time this Agreement is signed.
