Terms and Conditions - Virtual Collocation. 8.2.2.1 CenturyLink is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing virtually collocated equipment for the purpose of Interconnection or to access UNEs, ancillary and Finished Services. When providing Virtual Collocation, CenturyLink shall install, maintain, and repair collocated equipment within the same time periods and with failure rates that are no greater than those that apply to the performance of similar functions for comparable equipment of CenturyLink.
