Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. References to “this Agreement” or the use of the term “hereof” shall refer to this Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto, taken as a whole.
Defined Terms and Rules of Construction Reference is made to the Glossary of Defined Terms and Rules of Construction (as the same may be supplemented, amended or modified, the “Glossary”) attached as Exhibit A to the Indenture. The Glossary is incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Glossary.
Defined Terms and Interpretation 1.1 In this Agreement, save where the context requires otherwise, the following words, terms and expressions shall have the following meanings:
COMMON TERMS AND DEFINITIONS The parties agree to the following terms and definitions, and to those terms and definitions 12 which, for convenience, are set forth elsewhere in the Agreement.
Terms and References Unless otherwise stated in this Amendment (a) terms defined in the Credit Agreement have the same meanings when used in this Amendment, and (b) references to “Sections” are to the Credit Agreement’s sections.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRUST The following special terms and conditions are hereby agreed to: 1. The Bonds listed in the Schedule hereto have been deposited in trust under this Trust Agreement. 2. The fractional undivided interest in and ownership of a Trust represented by each Unit thereof is a fractional amount, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is the amount set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--General Information--Number of Units" in the Prospectus Part I for such Trust. 3. The aggregate number of Units described in Section 2.03(a) for a Trust is that number of Units set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--General Information--Number of Units" in the Prospectus Part I for such Trust.
Other Terms and Conditions You also agree to be bound by any other specific terms and conditions governing such recurring/instalment payment scheme. In the event of conflict, such specific terms and conditions are to prevail over the provisions of this clause but only to the extent necessary to give full effect to those terms and conditions.
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRUST Subject to the provisions of Part II hereof, all the provisions contained in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust are herein incorporated by reference in their entirety and shall be deemed to be a part of this instrument as fully and to the same extent as though said provisions had been set forth in full in this instrument.
Governing Terms and Conditions If there is an irreconcilable conflict between the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment and the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract, the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract or any Contract Amendment shall control over the terms and conditions set forth in any Exhibit, Appendix, Work Authorization or Supplemental Work Authorization to this Contract.
Special Terms and Conditions It is the intent of TIPS to award to reliable, high performance vendors to supply products and services to government and educational agencies. It is the experience of TIPS that the following procedures provide TIPS, the Vendor, and the participating agency the necessary support to facilitate a mutually beneficial relationship. The specific procedures will be negotiated with the successful vendor.
