TERMS AND OBLIGATIONS FOR EFFECTING AND MAINTAINING INSURANCES. 3.1 The Insurances to be effected in such currency as the Bank may approve and through the Approved Brokers (other than the mortgagee’s interest insurance which shall be effected through brokers nominated by the Bank) and with such insurance companies and/or underwriters as shall from time to time be approved in writing by the Bank, provided however that the insurances against war risks, protection and indemnity, FD & D cover or other mutual insurance risks may be effected by the entry of the vessel with such war, protection and indemnity or other mutual insurance associations as shall from time to time be approved in writing by the Bank.
