Terms and Provisions of Incremental Loans. The terms and provisions of the Incremental Term Loans and Incremental Term Loan Commitments of any Series shall be identical to the Term Loans and the terms and provisions of the Incremental Revolving Loans shall be identical to the Revolving Loans. Each Increase Joinder Agreement may, without the consent of any other Lenders, effect such amendments to this Agreement and any other Loan Documents as may be necessary or appropriate, in the opinion of the Administrative Agent to effect the provision of this Section 1.15.
