Common use of Terms and Undertakings Clause in Contracts

Terms and Undertakings. 1.1. This agreement remains in effect until the Member has completed the undertakings set out in paragraph 1.3. have been satisfactorily completed. This shall be no more than one year from the date the PCC has signed the agreement. 1.2. The Member acknowledges and understands the seriousness of following his responsibilities and obligations as contained in the Code of Professional Conduct and understands that as a paramedic, he is required to behave in a manner that is beyond reproach and to conduct and present in such a manner to encourage and merit the respect of the public for members of the profession. 1.3. The Member undertakes to: (a) and (b) The Member shall t (c) The Member shall, at his own expense complete the Professional Responsibilities for Paramedicine course with MacEwan University (course code HLST 0270), within four months of signing this agreement; and (d) The College shall notify the Member’s employer(s) of the terms of the CCRA; and (e) The Member shall pay a portion of the costs related to the investigation, in the amount of $2360.00, to be paid within 12 months of signing this agreement; and (f) The Member shall agree to remain non-practicing until the terms of the CCRA are completed in full; and (g) The Member shall notify the college with supporting documentation, confirmation his driver’s license has been re-issued; and (h) Once all the terms of this agreement have been met, with the exception of the driver’s license requirement 1.3 (g), this agreement may be removed from the College website.
