Terms Applicable to Discount Notes. As set out in the definition of "BA", that term includes Discount Notes and all terms of this Agreement applicable to BAs shall apply equally to Discount Notes evidencing BA Equivalent Loans with such changes as may in the context be necessary, it being the intention of the parties hereto that each BA Equivalent Loan shall have the same economic consequences for the applicable Lender and the Borrower as the acceptance by such Lender of a BA.
