Common use of Terms Binding Clause in Contracts

Terms Binding. All of the terms, conditions, stipulations, warranties, representations, and covenants of this Agreement shall apply to and be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, MDI and the Investor and each of their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
