Common use of Terms Defined in Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Terms Defined in Credit Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in Section 2 below, all capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the same meanings herein as such terms have in the Credit Agreement. The term “Debtor” and “Debtors” as used herein shall mean and include the Debtors collectively and also each individually, with all grants, representations, warranties, and covenants of and by the Debtors, or any of them, herein contained to constitute joint and several grants, representations, warranties, and covenants of and by the Debtors; provided, however, that unless the context in which the same is used shall otherwise require, any grant, representation, warranty or covenant contained herein related to the Collateral shall be made by each Debtor only with respect to the Collateral owned by it or represented by such Debtor as owned by it.
