Terms Defined in the Security Agreement. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement that are not defined herein shall have the respective meanings specified in the Collateral Trust and Security Agreement, dated as of June 23, 1997, among the Company, General Electric Capital Corporation (“GE Capital”), as LOC Agent, and Bankers Trust Company (predecessor-in-interest to Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas), as Security Trustee (as amended, the “Security Agreement”).
