TERMS/DELIVERY. Order of Preference: In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and language set forth in the Attachments, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: (1) The Agreement, and (2) all Attachments to the Agreement. Period of Performance (PoP): The Program commences upon the date of the last signature herein and continues for xxxxx. Provisions of this Agreement that, by their express terms or by necessary implication, apply for periods of time other than specified herein shall be given effect notwithstanding this Article.
