Terms for Coupons Business. (1) ³Coupons´ PHDQV WKH HOHFWURQLF FHUWLILFDobWtaHineVd SURYLG by you through the UPI Services, by which use a customer may enjoy certain discounts or deductions in the price charged by the issuing merchant for goods or services. (2) You are aware and agree that: (a) Coupons are issued solely by or on behalf of merchants and such issuance has no connection with BNU. Coupons are made available to you through the UPI Services and their use is governed by their respective terms and conditions (including any amendments thereto which may be made by their respective issuer from time to time). (b) You can obtain Coupons by: (i) You executing a download through or from the UnionPay App; or (ii) You meeting certain conditions established by UnionPay International or the issuing merchant, in which case Coupons may be automatically pushed through the UPI Services to your BNU Pay Account. The conditions for obtaining Coupons automatically will be determined by UnionPay International and the participating merchants at their sole and absolute discretion. (3) Merchants may issue Coupons or cease such issuance at any time without prior notice and at their sole and absolute discretion. You understand and agree that neither UnionPay International nor BNU have any control over such issuance or cessation. UnionPay International and BNU have no responsibility, nor do they make any warranties or representations in respect of the suitability, legality, acceptability, validity, availability, value, benefits or usage or lack thereof or any other aspect of the Coupons. You expressly accept and agree that under no circumstances you will hold BNU or UnionPay International liable in any way for any losses, claims or damages incurred through or as a result in any way of the use of the Coupons. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNU and UnionPay International on a full indemnity basis against any claim, expense or suit arising out of the use of or inability to use any Coupons. Any dispute arising out of or in any way connected with any Coupons will be resolved solely and exclusively between you and the relevant issuing merchant.
