Terms Not Defined Herein. (a) All capitalized terms used in this Agreement (including in the recitals) or in any notice given under or in connection with this Agreement have the same meaning in this Agreement or notice as in the Facilities Agreement, unless expressly defined otherwise in this Agreement. (b) The Pledgor hereby declares that it got acquainted with the relevant provisions of the Facilities Agreement referred to in this Agreement and fully agrees with references to the Facilities Agreement contained in this Agreement.
